Bu proje, İzmir Alsancak'ta geçmişin izlerini taşıyan yeni bir kamusal alan yaratmayı hedefliyor. Eski ferhane yapılarından esinlenerek gastronomi, tekstil ve el sanatları gibi işlevlere sahip sokaklar oluşturulacak. Halkın toplanabileceği bu alan, işçi sınıfına hitap eden bir buluşma ve dayanışma merkezi olacak.
This residential project in Bunkyo focuses on optimizing natural light and scenic views by orienting unit facades and common area facades north and south. Elevated living spaces maximize the view while minimizing noise, while lower floors are allocated to community facilities such as cafes, gyms, and shared spaces for residents. This design provides residents with a comfortable living space while also promoting social interaction and enhancing quality of life.

The Social Factory: Basmane project transforms Basmane into a sustainable cultural hub, drawing inspiration from historical initiatives. It integrates ecological development, zero-carbon strategies, and enhanced infrastructure to promote trade, social facilities, and ecological solutions, reshaping Basmane's urban landscape.

With this project, the excavation house was designed and a space where archaeologists could comfortably stay, eat and work together was aimed. At the same time, this place will be open to visitors from time to time and will be a place where they can access relevant areas without risking security. This area will also be used as a place where people can live and preserve their common heritage. This project is located in Denizli neighborhood, Urla, Izmir.

The architectural design prioritizes the couple's needs and lifestyle, offering a functional yet comfortable living space tailored to their professions and social activities. Spaces are carefully organized to balance private relaxation areas with social hosting spaces, reflecting the couple's personal style and preferences.

The design aims to harmonize spaces within the program, grouping similar functions together and placing collective spaces between exhibition and guiding walls for easy circulation and safety. Each program is with enhanced natural light, accessibility, comfort, and usability, ensuring an enjoyable experience for users.

Implementation Project: This café project located in Çeşme Marina adopts an approach aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction. Its location is carefully chosen to maximize the benefits of the Aegean Sea view and incorporates a design that harmonizes with its surroundings. The strategic positioning of the café facilitates ease of access to both floors through entrances provided on the front and rear facades, enhancing user comfort. The primary focus of this design is to prioritize comfortable usability, offering customers an enjoyable experience.

With this project, a youth center was designed and a place where young people could socialize, produce and sell something in workshops was aimed. This space will also be used as a place where people of all ages can live and protect their common heritage, history, by adding vitality to 880 streets.
